Real estate promotion

After 11 years with the swisspro Group as CEO, I have decided to hand over the management of swisspro Solutions as well as the co-management of the IT division to Martin Gartmann, in order to concentrate on strategic tasks and the development of the various companies I own.

Management of two companies within the holding swisspro. The enterprise is active in the following domains: Electrical installations, building technologies, IT, Telecommunications, Networking and data center.

Creation of the company (spin off of Sunrise) Connectis had a turnover of ~90 Mio CHF in 2009 and counted ~1500 customers and 210 employees. Main activities: Research of a new name and creation of the company from a legal perspective. Complete restructuration of the firm. Development and reskilling of the sales teams. Implementation of new computer and telecommunications systems. Relocation of offices Acquisition of new customers and maintain the existing ones.

Sunrise changed its strategy in 2007, Bernard Frossard was mandated to find a partner ready to buy SBC. He managed the sales process (due diligence) with three other managers. Management and development of the « Business Services » department composed of 207 employees. This unit supplied the telecommunication services for major clients, covering the carrier as well as the solution integration parts. The team also included a group of software engineers (10 FTEs) who developed the NMS Software Sigma.

EuroDAC ECF (Executive Channel Forum) is an international association which groups the directors of Nortel Networks’ partners in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). The members come from the marketing and technical fields. This association was created by Bernard Frossard in 2002 in order to accord more weight to the Nortel partners, providing them with a forum for communication of their ideas, needs and points of view.

Diverse positions in the company. The last one was the management of the « Service Business » department which provided delivery service, implementation, maintenance, operation and training for the integration of telecommunication solutions. It countet 170 employees and a Turnover of 110 Mio CHF. The first one was the creation of the Mobile department in the western region which supplied wireless solutions. Definition an implementation of the business plan for the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

Responsible for the development of diverse computer interfaces (hardware and software) and the technical service for wireless solutions in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. He was personally responsible for over 300 clients
