Key responsibilities  Manages all Import, Storing & Distribution of Food Product & Export for the Chrome Ore.  Coordination with cross functioning team for Marketing & Operational strategy Implementation.  Manage all procurement of Raw Material and Machines & Spare Parts from China, India and Local Market.  Find cost effective solution to import, transport, store and deliver.  Develop a strong inland transportation network (Custom to Warehouse & warehouse to customer) to supply our customers.

Key responsibilities  To setup clients warehouse operations for North India  Handle all operation for north India like arrangement for Transportation, procurement space, Operational Equipment and other Equipment as per customers SOP, SLA’s in the minimum cost.  Prepare KPI report for customers and vendors  Review current procedures to improve flow and performance  To resolve operational issues with customers  Monitor performance indices set by Management and customers

Key responsibilities  Manage the execution of the Warehouse operations; including inward & outward operations i.e. order picking, order inspection, order packing, operational flow, reporting, and training, material handling equipment utilization, housekeeping, supplies and budget control.  Plan and conduct meetings as needed & create and submit reports as needed. Setup New project for Supplier Hub, 3PL, Contract Logistics and Supply chain Management; OEM.
