• Develop a standard process for evaluation of the impact of an operation’s potential query and the consequent communication of result. • To analyze unstructured data to understand business trend. • To identify improvements on the workflow or system and collaborate with the operations team and supervisor to implement the necessary changes. • Budget plan preparation for operation team. • Working on electronic resolutions of the work systems for record keeping.
