After its acquisition in 2015, mPortal was renamed as BroadsoftDesign. Later in 2017 Broadsoft acquired by Cisco. As Mobile Platform Engineer, VA, USA, my job was to manage, 1. Change control in production, 2. Ensure the SLAs 3. Measure the performance of heavy traffic on servers and preparing future trend, alarms in advance. 4. UAT activities, 5.
