Working as Project Manager, providing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to clients by onboarding them to new platform which provides accounting & tax capibility services to EY clients. Preparing & managing budget for the project, responsible for end-to-end successful project delivery through effective monitoring on scope, schedule, cost and quality. As Engagement Manager I am responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with client, managing client expectations & engaging in business development.

Working with the Product owner to align the team with the product vision, sprint goals and other necessary information. Working towards creating an environment of collaboration within teams, which allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts. Managing and tracking project delivery in JIRA tool with fortnightly sprints and 4-5 weeks of release cycles, organized weekly backlog grooming sessions with the product owner and conducted sprint ceremonies.

My role as Project Manager encompasses many activities including playing role of Agile Scrum Master and managing a team size of 20 members. I ensure successful project delivery through effective monitoring on the scope, schedule, cost and quality.

Working and playing role of IT PMO Manager, responsible for offshore delivery for the entire Cluster. Project Finance Controller; Preparing Monthly Invoice and Involved in Budgeting. Setting up new Projects, Planning, scheduling, sourcing and staffing resources for new projects, Ramp Up Plan, managing resources, vendors and working with the cross functional teams to ensure that all projects are directly in line with company PMO initiatives.

Responsible for aggregating demand from multiple business entities and planning capacity based on demand forecast. Manage the submission of project deliverable to ensure timeliness and adherence to project schedule and standards. Provide staffing recommendations to Operations with focus on meeting Client metrics while increasing revenue/cost savings internally.

Effective Resource Management and Process Optimization,maintaining SLA as per client requirement. Maintaining proper and reporting timely Fault Escalations and ensuring management is updated about the same. Seat planning, Seat Utilization, Seat allocation as per client requirement.

Meeting the targets stipulated by the Organization. Up Selling of JCB Heavy Duty Machines and Initiating free campaigns to market full range of equipment's.
