• Leading global quotations for Ford of Europe • Leading a cross functional, project and serial support team • Aligning global targets and needs, project cost follows up with BU- Director Ford of Europe • Reporting to BU Director, Global VP • Cost breakdown discussions with Ford Cost estimators • Development cost negotiations external and internal

• Leading global projects especially for Ford e.g. Transit, Focus, Kuga. Working together in a cross functional Team. Building up a support project Platform in Romania, supporting quotes with technical definitions and development cost forecasts. • Supporting global quotations • Full cost, timing and quality responsibility • Responsible for quotations within running projects inclusive negotiation with customer • APQP responsible and reporting of progress to Ford Quality department

• Leading project Engineering development taks to support customer projects. • Responsible for Design goal document (DGD) creation • Technical quote support for DGD and cavet lists etc. • Responsible for robustness and reliability process development including interface definition as full service supplier

• Construction and development of Seatbelt components and assemblies with Catia V4 and V5 • Project and serial support for Ford, JLR, Rover and Volvo • Creation of Autoliv and Customer drawings • DV / PV test support • Responsible for sample builds for internal and external testing • Creation of homologation documentation
