At MPE I assisted in the development and testing of prototype equipment and research projects in the field of spacecraft electronics. I concluded my employment at MPE with my master thesis which produced a concept for using non-qualified components for protecting sensitive components from radiation-induced catastrophic faults. This addressed an existing technical gap within the literature.

At Opengear I worked as an intern within the quality assurance team. Over the course of my employment, I developed automated tests for labour-intensive regression tests of networking equipment. I successfully migrated 50,000+ lines of Python code from 2.7.6 to Python 3.x.
