Coordinate and supervise Data Warehouse team. Responsible to smoothly adapt business requirements into the operative system, help to improve and address the existing business needs , investigate and implement other functionality and extensions as required. Responsible to smoothly run operations on daily, weekly and monthly basis related to data warehouse as well as to plan, coordinate and implement DWH. RBKO Competence Centre –1st and 2ndlevel of support for Siebel CRM and Analytical CRM

Responsible for the DWH, Basel II & MIS and local extension data population on regular basis, report creation and data delivery to and from HO as per business needs; Monitors and recommends appropriate action to maintain integrity of the data warehouse databases; Responsible for different areas of the software life cycle which includes analysis, design, and testing and system implementation;

• Prepare reports and analysis for internal business departments and other related parties. Respond to ad-hoc requests depending on relevance and priority. Work on replacing manual reports with automatic ones, and thus contributing in providing reports in much shorter period and with higher accuracy
