Over the course of 2013 and 2014 I was assigned at client locations in both London, UK and Geneva, Switzerland, where I was also an active member of the transition team. My tasks included creating transition documents, SOPs and Process Documents. I was also the first technical member of my company to meet the client's IT representatives and organize the knowledge transfer process.
My responsibilities included the management of personal data and monitoring the level of access for users in Active Directory, as well as in systems like Oracle, ISIS and BlackBerry. I managed VPN RSA accounts - Cisco VPN and I was responsible for the proper functionality of the Microsoft Windows operating system, using remote connections to troubleshoot and resolve any Windows or installed software related issues.

I had the chance to learn from the best as part of the IBM Lenovo team. I was responsible for providing support to companies and individuals that needed help with troubleshooting Microsoft and IBM Lenovo Software and Hardware. This involved assisting the customers over the phone or via e-mail in order to solve problems and perform diagnostic checks, as well as remote connections to their computers. Support was provided in both English and Italian.
