- Bombardier’s transition takes place according to the transition methodology provided by IBM, based on the LEAN and Six Sigma principles - F&A processes in scope for the transitions: AP, T&E, AR, CM, IC, GL, FA, IA, Cl&R - main responsibilities: planning, organizing and supervising the transition of BT Legal Entities (BT France, CZ, PL) to the Finance SSC - other activities: FTE calculation; process, systems and tools analysis; process implementation, continuous improvement; follow-up on training plans;

leading the knowledge transfer of BT Germany Cl&R Department, to the SSC in Cluj; performing the work-shadowing as part of the Transition to the SSC for a period of more than 5 months, at Bombardier’s most important site in Germany, Hennigsdorf-Berlin; performing the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities from Cluj during and after the stabilization period, according to HGB and IFRS guidelines; conduct, support and ensure the knowledge transfer of the Cl&R Department; leading of a 8 persons team;

- control power over the related areas: administrative tasks, calculating profit and loss - tracking of payment circuit, documents circuit between stores, central warehouse and HQ; - overseeing all inventories, and proper application of the goods flows; - budgeting activities: planning, budget preparation and verification, budget analysis; - increasing efficiency, cost optimization and control of cash department, activities of business management: (80 subordinates)

- ensuring optimum performance in parameters for the logistics activity (Supply-chain), and the implementation of the work procedures - calculation and analysis of indicators of efficiency (inventory, provisioning and freight losses) - ordering the necessary merchandise & implantation of the merchandise - personnel recruiting and training - coordinating, supervision, controlling and motivation of the team - correct management of procurement of the goods - keeping in touch with the customers
