I have over 11 years of experience in IT Operations and Management and to up 14 years working experience in other fields. I have developed a strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills that make me an ideal candidate for this role. My educational background includes a Higher Certificate from the University of Cape Town in Negotiation & Conflict Resolution under the faculty of Law, an IBM Leadership Management Programme NQF6 from the Gordon Institute of Business Science supported by the University of Pretoria and the National Certificate in Banking Services and Advice NQF5 under Finance, Banking& Economics faculties from Milpark Business College, these programs have helped me develop a comprehensive understanding of the principles of becoming an effective leader and manager that I am in my current roles at IBM/Kyndryl South Africa.
