- Lead Education and Learning enablement for all SAP Ariba solutions - Provide fundamental and advanced SAP Ariba solution training - Collaboration with the Leadership towards a skill inventory of employees to enable SME's and identify knowledge gaps - Create / communicate / expand the training methods and content - Constantly monitor SAP Ariba innovation roadmaps and feature releases - Establish communication between the SAP Ariba Partner enablement team. - Support Presales activities

- Design and Solution Planning & Best Practice for Ariba SNAP / P2P FPC / Open ICS / Migration - Supporting the customers as QA consultant for specific queries (Guided Buying, Open ICS, P2x, Advanced Features, Workflow, Change Management) - Support on Program Management activities & Center of Excellence Concept - Presales Support (Effort estimation, SOW, Blueprinting, Q&A) - Training Mentoring other colleagues (Business Processes, Ariba Functionalities, Project planning, Integration, Master Data…)

Responsible for the deployment and/or the ongoing support of Downstream cloud based products and solutions. This will include support of the customer during initial design and implementation, and throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement. Responsible for applying the Ariba Consulting Deployment process to meet customer needs within the realm and scope of the (SOW). Program Management for all Ariba Workstreams. Specialized in areas: Approval Processes, BME Catalogs, Invoicing mainly ICS scenarios, Contract Compliance.

Analyst responsibilities: - level 2 - 3 support - Trainer & Mentor for new hires or IT specialists - Risk management - Asset management Project assignments: Infrastructure Projects (Hardware, Office Network, Wireless Network inside / outside, Security system) Software Projects: OS Systems, SAP Scanning. P2P responsibilities ( Buyer): - purchasing IT products & services - SAP project engineer role - invoice verification - capitalization of the projects - vendor management
