My primary goal is to add value to a business, with knowledge and experience gained over 18 years in the elevator industry and 4 years as a Managing Partner in a shared small company. As a Technical Engineer for Otis Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan, KPIs, pilot programmes & various audits laid the foundation for our short, medium and long term goals. My role in the Field Operations Department comprised of on-site, remote assist & remote access Troubleshooting, Data Analysis, KPI driven initiatives, equipment and maintenance quality audits, training, composing technical documentation & assisting in change management initiatives. After living and working in Hong Kong, my family and I relocated to Berlin. I am an ambitious, fast learner, with excellent interpersonal skills, work well as part of a team, and on my own. I use initiative and welcome the opportunity to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
