1. Parametric NVH evaluation of vehicles for model improvements and new product development 2. Mule vehicle preparation and testing for measurement and target setting of engine and exhaust noise in passenger cabin and external location as per Bharat NCAP regulations 3. Conduct benchmarking study of vehicles in segment from different manufacturers to compare materials, methods and engineering solutions used to reduce NVH parameters in cabin to improve passenger comfort.
I worked in Mechanical Line (last production line) in Final Assembly Shop. My key responsibilities were: 1. Ensure vehicle roll-out as per hourly production plan target 2. Training of team members in World-Class-Quality Production Principles and multi-tasking 3. Auditing Work Instruction Sheet, Control Plans, PFMEA and critical operation on line 4. Communicate with other production line in-charges regarding the defects from their area causing production backlog
I worked in Manufacturing Quality department in Final Assembly shop. I was responsible for all the Quality checkpoint gates in the shop. #Root-cause analysis of failures in electrical tests of Tiago & Tigor #Coordinating with other departments for improvements in part design/identification for productivity enhancement #Audit various Quality Checkpoint gates #Present daily analysis report to plant head to discuss contribution of each agency towards production backlog and action required for improvement
