- Acquired a work permit in Germany - Developed stress analysis calculation programs such as local stress calculation at trunnion, ASME B31.3 pipe wall thickness calculation, and etc. using Excel, Access or Visual basic application. - Develop a stress analysis specification at the first stage of a project. - Review P&ID and Line List and correct errors to reduce repetitive work. - Interact with other disciplines to resolve project concerns such as structure loadings and equipment allowable nozzle loads. - Prepare a critical line list based on P&ID, Line List and project specifications to conduct the stress analysis. - Analyze critical piping systems using commercial softwares such as CAESAR II and review the input and the output to meet client’s requirements. - Prepare stress analysis reports and procurement requisitions for spring supports, expansion joints, cold insulation supports, and hold down supports. - Conduct a field check on site to confirm piping systems
