Coordinate / Process the entire accounting closing. Account reconciliation, making sure all supporting documents are in order. Perform Fluctuation analysis and provide explanations for the variations. Supporting all business areas (CFO, Finance Planning, Marketing, Tax, Legal and Payroll) with accounting information for decision making. Assist with External and Internal Audit process. Support Finance projects with data as such ERP Migration, Implementation/Improvement of process.

Leading the team locally while working with World Wide Accounting team and reporting directly to a Regional Accounting Manager (Brazil), I had the opportunity to identify some improvements at the process of the reconciliations, also played as a Key User in SAP Projects, seeking the best performance of that.
