Automotive wiring harnesses design and development for the Ford new global project • Translate system schematics and 3D model into markup drawings for quotation; • Work with CAD designers/engineers to properly route the harnesses; • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities; • Define wiring complexity to meet Ford marketing needs; • Release final product 2D drawings and BOM to Yazaki`s manufacturing plants; • Support new vehicle build events in Australia and Brazil;

• Prepare markups to support quotation and 2D release for wiring harness; • Wiring harnesses complexity analysis; • Interface with 3D designers, systems engineers and component engineers to develop and validate wire harness designs; • Release final product 2D drawings and BOM; • Support new vehicle build events; • Provide technical support to Yazaki manufacturing plant for various build phases.

• Support to EESE (Electrical/Electronic Systems Engineering) team; • Training in the EDS area; • Support EDS Engineers on the Quality History development, using the quality tools and creating check list to verify 2D drawings; • Study the wiring harnesses complexity and the features those affect it. • Contact to the GPDS metodology.
