•Responsible for the daily management, oversight and reporting on all areas of Alcochem B.V. activities in Turkey incl. financial management, administration and supervision of employees •Manage various projects in minerals, automotive and hygiene industries •Develop key relationships with different producers of automotive and hygiene industries •Conduct strategic negotiations with producers of automotive parts and suppliers of raw materials in Turkey •Oversee the development of budgets and forecasts

•Meet all goals (i.e. sales, new accounts and expenses) •Develop a qualified, well trained staff •Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for the areas under responsibility •Supervise and coordinate activities for these specified areas •Identify and develop appropriate management actions to rectify any misperformance

•Hold responsibility for sales and marketing activities in Central, Eastern Europe and Northern Africa •Develop and implement sales strategies •Develop new market opportunities •Achieve sales targets and forecast effectively

•Analysis of market and real estate trends in Poland •Identification of attractive investment opportunities in Poland •Investment advice, negotiation and finalization of agreements •Introduction of environmental friendly prefabricated construction systems to Polish market
