• Identified, assessed and contacted potential buyers for the sale of a 5% stake in CLH (sold for €177m), as well as managed the relationships with such buyers, lawyers and the vendor. • Carried out industry research and case studies, developed business proposals, performed multiples valuation and set up a data room.

• Managed the bank's Spanish ISDA portfolio of contracts. • Successfully negotiated contracts with other banks (e.g. Santander), corporates, funds; which allowed the bank to trade with them (e.g. the agreement with Invesco allowed €500m trade). • Advised on a multitude of legal issues in relation to derivatives transactions and Spanish law.

• Represented Spanish and Italian clients (e.g.: Willis Spain, Generali) in the management of complex claims, supervising the role of experts (lawyers, loss adjusters and other insurance brokers), and collaborating with insurers (e.g.: Munich Re). • Dealt with Marine, Aviation, Personal Accident, Professional Indemnity, Cash in Transit and Contingency claims (e.g. Football Clubs such as Athletic Bilbao, Formula 1).

• Handled claims of U.K. insurance policies and settled them. • Specialised in Public Liability and acted as a litigator.
