I am pursuing a Masters in Inter-American National Security Studies in order to assist in shaping US National-Strategic policy and security cooperation initiatives with partner nations.

Commander of the only US Civil Affairs Battalion directly in support of NATO stationed throughout Germany and Italy. Systems Engineer / Product Architect - responsible for the analysis of hybrid vehicle architecture and life cycle costing during the early development stages of cars. -Created a systems architecting tool kit that helped identify over 5000 distinct hybrid vehicle power train architectures and follow on comparison trade studies. -Proposed a multiple-variable regression tool for predicting Li-Ion battery future cost development that was adopted by a BMW costing panel for estimation.

Devised charts and quantitative analysis presented in Reebok’s first public social responsibility report (Feb 2006) and trained Reebok’s Human Rights staff in data analysis.

2 months Summer Internship during MBA studies at MIT. Facilitated cost reduction targets totaling 379M Euro for a Siemens business unit and mapped cost reduction goals for a successful turnaround within 5 years working in 4 person consulting team

4 Month Internship at a Siemens Sub-Contractor for the installation of Train Controls, Electrification and Train Station Lighting systems for the "Tren Urbano" project in Puerto Rico, USA. Assisted in supervising installation work in the field and drawing final construction 'as built' drawings.

Engineer part of the Project Management Team for the electrification portion of a design-build project called 'Metro Sul do Tejo' - a Siemens Light Rail system installed in Lisbon, Portugal. •Used team building, analytical, and multiple language skills in co-authoring design documents worth over 13M Euro with a team of six German electrical engineers •Created a contract analysis process mapping flowchart still used in other Complex Siemens Transit projects
