I was responsible for negotiating initiatives, planning, contracting, executing and controlling short to long-term E2E logistic projects over €2m budget, interacting with stakeholders and vendors. Ensuring that short and long-term projects were completed on time and within budget. Developing project schedules and convincing decision makers to approve budgets. Matching business requirements with the supplier’s tenders.

My main responsibilities were planning, designing, implementing and evaluating all activities relevant to developing a successful importation and exportation goods trade for the American Embassy in Colombia and Schlumberger Colombia.

Increasing and developing the market in the region, managing the area of transportation and distribution, always sought to optimize delivery times. Ensuring to stay within the budget constraints was one of my daily duties, always working on the best solutions for the clients and the company.
