- Responsible for the development of the Logistic network for After Sales (Warehousing and Distribution of Spare Parts from Solar Electric Vehicle); - Responsible for the RFQ and decision of LSPs for the After Sales operation in DACH region; - Working together with After Sales team to define strategies for Spare Parts distribution from Suppliers to Workshops (B2B) and Customers (B2C); - Responsible for the Timeplan, Decision Matrix, RFQs and Process Descriptions for the After Sales operation;

- Material management through MRP and deliveries coordination from imported shipments (air/sea shipments, customs clearance, delivery at final destination) in coordination with suppliers and partners; - Support and follow-up of engineering changes and new products launches (Product Life Cycle Management); - Follow-up and dealing for non-compliance receipts; - Stock control following the support from Inventory and Quality teams;

Project Lead (Student) at Dossel Ambiental acting as Scrum Master Project to reduce material losses, by optimizing internal controls (procedures, approvals, inventory management) and reviewing the processes flow, aiming to avoid unnecessary expenses in the purchase of materials. Tools: - Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Scrum Framework, A3, Excel, yEd (BPMn), SIPOC, 5W.

In-Plant @ Ford Motor Company - Follow-Up, Interpretation and Analysis of information regarding the Inventory of productive materials in Brazilian Plants; - Consolidation of information in synergy with PCP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering and Financial Departments considering production planning, financial indicators, strategies and deviations from customer and suppliers for inventory projections and Budgets development.

In-Plant @ Ford Motor Company - Analysis of imported items. Follow-Up of the entire supply chain from the requirement to supplier, control of deliveries at consolidating centers, air and sea shipments, docking and clearance of processes, scheduling of delivery transport at the plant; - Coordination with Purchase and Engineering Teams to Import of equipment, tools, spare parts, MRO and try-out parts for new projects (Full Assembly & Machining Lines);

In-Plant @ Embraer SA - Freight forwarding in general; - Coordination of air shipments from Europe and Asia (from request for collection of material at its origin and arrival at the warehouse, sending of air shipping instructions, verification of bill of lading, follow-up of cargo's transit until arrival at Brazil and its customs clearance); - Use of Mantra-SISCOMEX; - Issuance and sending of Correction Letters.
