Contract support and administration including tracking contractual documents and associated schedule of authorization approvals. Respond to requests for information regarding non-standard terms contained in contracts. Negotiate and keep up to date agreements with customers. Agreement types may include: direct and indirect agreements, RFP, NDA, maintenance agreements, managed services, subscription services, statements of work and new solution offers which may include third party products.

Supporting different areas within Avaya in reviewing and analyzing agreements, proposals, purchase orders, update/generate/modify agreements, provide support and assessment for new deals, working on RFPs and bids. Active participation in different committees like Environmental and Health. Maintain communication vehicles for the WW Contracting team.

Labor and Employment Law Department: going to court, filing lawsuits, claims, working on ongoing lawsuits, analyzing and gathering documentation, responding to lawsuits, looking for court settlements. Review cases, jurisprudence and having internal discussions to determine the best course of action in every situation

Corporate Law Department: going to the General Justice Inspection to get information on different companies, presenting documentation and doing a follow up. Start and follow processes to constitute new companies or make modifications to the bi laws. Making sure our customers comply with local resolution 7/05, presenting and reviewing financial statements. Preparing low complexity responses.

Law Department: responding to requests from court, police and public entities. Analyzing information and cases.
