My role was to help them in the development phase of this new platform, based on Magento Commerce. I was the person between the business units and the technical team and also I was coordinating the development team. We managed to successful launch the new platform.

My role of eCommerce Project Manager was to deliver enterprise level platforms for big companies. I was involved in delivering high availability projects based on Magento Enterprise Edition platform for companies with over 1 billion Euro in turnover and help them enter the eCommerce market in Europe. I successfully coordinated complex eCommerce integration as ERP systems, CRM systems, payment gateways, shipping methods, affiliation platforms, marketplaces, logistic flows and many others.

As a CEO I was in charge with all operations (Financial, Logistics, Software Development, Marketing, Customer Support) and for relocating the operations from Wien to Bucharest in an efficient manner. Also, I coordinated entire internal team and the partnerships with our suppliers (Software Development, Logistics - warehouse and carriers, Purchasing, Marketing, Accounting, B2B Sales).

My role as an eCommerce Manager was to offer efficiency in all digital areas, including software development for our own eCommerce platform (migration from Magento Community Edition to Magento Enterprise Edition) and all major European Marketplaces. I have also coordinated all the digital marketing campaigns and product pricing. We've successfully decreased inventory value and increased the stock rotation, besides increasing the sales.

My role as a Product Manager in the Internet Services Division involved developing, managing and monitoring for new and existing products. I coordinated cross functional teams in order to manage services like: MyAccount (self service, online payment of invoices, online invoicing), PC Assistance, Antivirus, Photo Printing. Also I offered support for launching and eCommerce platform (based on Magento Enterprise Edition), the corporate website and the new portfolio of Internet services.

As a Head of eCommerce I was involved on all digital operations like platform software development (custom PHP platform), ERP integration, digital marketing campaigns, customer support, BPO and also including P&L and budgeting responsibilities.

As Product Manager I had the responsibility over several product categories like TVs, monitors, printing and photo equipment. In this role I had to cover efficiently the relationship with the vendors, purchasing, promos and digital campaigns for these products.
