Acting as business partner for all key stakeholders and process owners in NEPI Rockcastle, to capture and implement all relevant digital needs. Capturing all relevant digital needs and aligning them with the company main goals, the budget and business value added by the adopted digital tools and roadmap. Design, implement and monitor the entire Digital Project Portfolio in line with business priorities, constantly adapting to relevant changes. Acting as a Servant Leader for the digital and business team.

Helping my organization finishing the high level and low level design of our processes, deliverables, KPI's and going towards Continuous Improvement phase based in data driven decisions with real data coming from the processes. Combining all of this in a single Project Portfolio Management where IT function is a part of Business Improvement process.

Management of IT function in all Veolia Romania companies, consisting of 7 (seven) companies, with total number of employees around 3800. My team consist in 50 IT employees and 9 team leaders reporting to me.

Management of IT function in Apa Nova Bucharest company, the main supplier for drinking water and sewage in capital city of Romania, Bucharest. The size of the company is around 1800 employees. My team consist in 40 IT employees and 2 team leaders reporting to me.

Coordination of Help-Desk and Administrators team for the hardware function of IT Department. Team size – 10 employees.

Installing, configuring, maintaining and monitoring the Windows server infrastructure of the company. Installing and maintaining of and Enterprise Active Directory environment for 1000 users
