Introduced server availability with switching mode by implementing an application monitor system in Python. Incorporated high availability to database system for cloud infrastructure by implementing master – slave replica architecture with PostgreSQL over 3 locations around the world using dedicated servers. Integrated real-time communication between web client and predictive dialer server by implementing web socket technology for cloud solution.

Improved the company software visibility for marketing purposes by integrating Dialapplet tools into Elastix add-ons system using RPM repository for Centos/RedHat.
