•Successfully dealt with a temporary labour strike by administrative skills. Enacted talent optimisation scheme after the strike. Triumphantly built up a strategic partnership with SF-Express, a top transport service provider in China, gaining an outstanding discount on 3PL expenditure. •Drafted the first version of ERP system. Facilitated consensus and built up a set of operational obligations among relevant departments, which is still in use today. •Built up a logistics team with new professionals from different backgrounds, in which most teammates grows up to be the current key employees of B2C branch.

•Successfully built up a cooperation with Chinese Customers, accessing to the more than 310k pieces of export-orientated company data. •Lead a team of 3 staff, 5 trainees and 80 part-time students to screen out about 136k pieces of real manufacturer data by telephone interviews and confirming their qualifications on governmental database. •Cooperated with IT department, built up a core supplier database for sourcing department.

The new system successfully reduced data confusion when the team scale excess 1,000 employees and is still in use today. •Provided data support to Chief Operating Officer by data collection, sortation and analysis. For irregular data requirement, summarized and edited a brochure of data collection, sortation and analysis for subsequent fellows.
