I describe myself as a motivated person who works with a 'never give up' mentality. I am very interested in people and that is why I chose the field of HR. My interests lie within recruitment and selection, talent development, team performance and getting the most out of a company by means of HR. HR's task is to let employees discover their talents and passions, to help them develop and thus improve the development of the company itself. This is only possible when employees feel involved, feel seen and have autonomy within the workplace.
