As part of Collaboration Engineering department, managed 25 employees and consultants developing and supporting Imaging, Content Management and Workflow solutions for all sectors of financial services. Held full P&L responsibility for cost center with $12MM budget. Co-chaired domain for all of Citigroup ECM technology activities, including defining standards, product evaluations and making recommendations for systems architecture across business units.
