Co-founded the company, leading the business, responsible for finance, operations, legal, HR and marketing.

Charlotte erstellte quantitative Analysen der Profile zukuenftiger MBA Studenten und korrigierte verschiedene Accounting Fehler, zum Beispiel eine Situation in der $8.000 in Kalkulationen untergegangen waren. Des Weiteren war sie verantwortlich fuer die strategische Inhalts-Erstellung fuer soziale Medien, assistierte in MBA Zulassungsverfahren, externer Kommunikation und administrativen Aufgaben.

Charlotte wurde von ihren Mitstudenten zur MBA Representantin erwaehlt und durfte anderthalb Jahre als Mitglied des MBA Boards dienen. Als Director of Events hielt sie eine Schluesselposition inne, in der sie ein Schulbudget in sinnvolle und unterhaltsame Veranstaltungen umsetzte. Charlotte war verantwortlich fuer die Initiierung, Planung und Umsetung von saemtlichen Veranstaltungen, Entscheidungen im Marketing und Finanz Bereich und die Kommunikation mit dem hoeheren Universitaets-Management.

Charlotte immersed herself in the Indian work culture and supported a renowned NGO. She consulted on strategy, established a six-months curriculum to set objectives and ensure standardization, and taught subjects such as Sociology and Tourism Management. Gained insights into the operations of a large NGO, which provides shelter, education, health care and other vital support to street children. A valuable experience both personally as well as professionally.

Writing the Bachelor’s Thesis for Europe’s largest Photofinisher, with the research focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Marketing. The department of Chemistry & Quality Control is providing supervision.

Project management of a multifaceted Service Contracts Project in the Central After Sales department, a project intended to increase customer loyalty through sales of service contracts to new vehicle owners. - Created calculations and forecasts based on data analysis to evaluate scenarios aimed at maximizing financial performance as well as operational efficiency. - Set up IT workshops, supported development of a nationwide IT infrastructure intended to connect all dealerships and plants with the HQ.

My responsibilities at ExxonMobil included the organization of public events, media relations, processing donation requests, the distribution of merchandise and following a Business English course.

My tasks included creative work for different campaigns, developing designs for a folder campaign and preparing meetings with clients.
