• UX Design: immersed in the domain, worked closely with CEO and patent operations officer to deliver information architecture, feature table, flows and patent application process visualization. • UI Design: worked with PM, UI Designer and developer team to design the web/ iOS App wireframes, and made prototypes and keynotes to reach the mutual understanding. • Facilitator: Facilitated Sketch and IDEO HCD Workshops, brainstorms and group discussions.

MGR Studio is an advertising production company with 40 employees. I was mainly in charge of new business development, partly in HR , Finance, and General Affairs. • Business Development: Built a platform to solve Production companies' problems. As the project owner, I did Competitive Research, drafted User Stories and hosted brainstorming meetings with other 4 colleagues and CEO. • HR: Applied new HRM system for the company. • Finance: Designed new accounting process with 4 other colleagues.

BeLuvv creates both hardware and software products for the family. I was in charge of the international business development. • Key Account Management: Developed 6 markets from inbound and outbound leads, including Russia, Turkey, Mexico, Netherlands, Taiwan, China and South Africa. • Sales Channel Marketing Plan: Assisted distributors to plan on the in-store display and online marketing materials. • Product Management: Made 11 languages manuals and app. Applied for local product certificates.
