Surface Inspection of Printed Glass Panels Using Auto Encoder and Semantic Segmentation. Designed and Manufactured LED Setup for capturing distortion-free images. Created a tool to generate Synthetic defective data based on requirements. Designed frameworks to identify anomalies using an autoencoder with an F1 score of 98% and semantic segmentation using U-NET with an IOU score of 0.96. Experimented with Transfer Learning and Random Forest classifiers for custom defect detection with an IOU score of 0.94.
