• Overall responsibility for all sea and airfreight transports for a key account customer in the fashion industry (INDITEX) Great China business • Functional lead of a team of 8 logistics experts in different locations. • Coordination of Panalpina Offices, Customer and external suppliers (e.g. space optimization, complain solving, solution finding etc.). • Vendor and order management on behalf of customer • Procedure/SOP review for all above project tasks as project lead (continues improvements)

I have worked as a Seafreight Customer Service for Kuehne-Nagel (China) Ltd. in the European export business. During this period, I was in charge of helping customers to book space from carriers and writing all kinds of documents for seafreight export. These included filing and issuing the Profit and Loss for POD office. I serviced booking space, made documents and provided special service as required for different VIP customers
