E-Commerce leader with 8+ years of experience in sales, business intelligence and proven track record in leadership. As E-Commerce Director I’m responsible for the online sales and advertising performance in two countries. Build and develop a new, diverse team remotely during covid times, which today bears the greatest sales and growth responsibility, is one of my biggest successes recently. Although being proud in my track record by changing fields and responsibilities I have realized the aspects of my work I find most rewarding are Leadership related. The way I see it employees are the engine of the business and its vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. “It’s about the team, not me”, a phrase that has accompanied me since my early career in team sports. I draw a lot of energy from learning new things and driving change. Therefore challenging myself, others and the status quo I consider as a necessity to move forward.
