In my role as Senior Director I lead a dynamic department responsible for shaping and optimizing the collaborative network between our organization and external partners. Reporting directly to the board my focus is on establishing cross-functional standards, managing diverse vendor portfolios, and fostering impactful alliances with industry leaders in IT Services, Management Services, Business Professional Services, and Administrative Services.

As director of “Partner Ecosystem Solutions Services” business unit I report directly to the board of directors (Chief Technology and Operations Officer / CTOO). My department combines state-of-the-art expertise in the areas of Procurement Strategy, Sourcing Strategy, Vendor Management, Category Management as well as Contract Management and further drives value creation for IT and business through the establishment of a Nearshore Delivery Center (ALDI Technology Hub) and the responsibility for its growth.

Prokurist | IT | Procurement | Vendor Management | Leiter IT Einkauf Department Strategic Sourcing Management is located within the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organisation and is responsible for sourcing to maximizing business value with a team setting the strategic sourcing (e.g. a state-of-the-art sourcing strategy, management of the vendor lifecycle) and contracting guardrails for the organisation.
