During my internship I am working on my master thesis, which is about a technical and economical comparison of subtractive vs. additive manufactured prototypes. These parts were made of Aluminum and Inconel. Beside some functional tests of prototypes, static material tests of various specimen were done. Rapid Prototyping technologies are able to reduce lead times and produce fully operational prototypes for dyno testing.
