Worked directly with two founders during early, start-up phase of the business; focused on leadership placements and assessment for venture capital and private equity backed technology and ecommerce businesses. • Responsible for the delivery of executive search assignments, typically in the base salary range of £100k to £250k. • Set up Psychometric Practice at London’s office; conducted psychometric assessments on short-listed / lead candidates.

• Published scientific journal articles and book chapters, in collaboration with leading experts in the field of social psychology; publication available on request. • Lectured and led research projects as an Undergraduate Tutor in psychology.

Research focus on Inclusion & Diversity. Awarded Postgraduate Research Studentship by the annual competition of the Economic and Social Research Council.
