•Working as part of a team in order to provide BMW with an understanding of their current consumer market •Undertaking business trips to New York & Chicago in order to conduct interviews on behalf of BMW •Designing questionnaires and organizing interviews and researchers while monitoring the progress of the survey

•Planning for the structure and launch of the new Burberry world store website, working as part of a international team, setting deadlines and targets and liaising with key partners in the US and France •Coordinating with key business teams such as copywriters, web designers, buyers and customer service teams. Working day-to-day with the Vice President of Non-Apparel and the Digital Director of Ready to Wear, providing them administrative support

•Providing efficient sales services and customer services support to English, German, French, Spanish and Italian Burberry E-commerce customers •Translating e-mail Marketing campaign content from English into German and Italian •Maintaining, managing and uploading of content for the UK/Europe sites

• Translation of the Burberry Store Key Control Manual from English into German

•Establishing and maintaining business relationships, following up new leads, presenting and selling properties to foreign customers

•Responsible for administrative support, record keeping, diary management, property viewings and liaising with foreign clients on behalf of the Director

Summer position while studying at University 2003, 2004 and 2005 •Working alongside the Public Affairs Officer, raising public awareness •Translating official documents and newspaper articles from Italian and Spanish into English prior to publishing
