Live Music Cooking: I enjoy taking cooking classes and learning from cookbooks at home. My primary culinary interests are French and American Southern cuisine bit I also study and prepare Asian and Latin dishes. I am very interested in the organic food movement and support local farmers as often as possible. Travel: I have traveled extensively throughout Europe

North Africa and Central America. My favorite countries to explore are the less Americanized countries that still have an authentic culture. My second language is French but I also speak some Spanish. I especially like visiting foreign countries when the stay coincides with a food
