Negotiating, signing contracts with foreign partners, visiting suppliers, attending to product training sessions, managing direct sales on national level, developing the national distribution network, CRM for warranty and post-warranty period, organizing national deliveries to customers/distributors, preparing and organizing interviews to hire new employees at the headquarters and for the national territory, preparing, organizing and participating to fairs and exhibitions in Romania and abroad .

Maintaining relationship with foreign suppliers of breeding bulls and frozen seminal material, visiting foreign suppliers of breeding bulls and frozen seminal material, participating to training sessions at the foreign suppliers on the classification and evaluation of breeding bulls, new technologies on growing breeding bulls, harvesting, processing and storage of seminal material, participating to national and international fairs and exhibitions, preparing, organizing and participating to PR events .

Identifying new clients and sign contracts, offering technical support to clients, billing, tracking payments, managing the relationship with Romtelecom S.A. which offered the technical and logistic support of the activity (dedicated optic fiber to the internet supplier in Bucharest), prompt resolution of any issues of data traffic .
