Reporting into the Founder and CEO. Responsible for day-to-day leadership and coordination of the functional teams (across media, marketing, content), quality control, induction of new interns and team members. Working closely with the Academy of Cultural Diplomacy team on event implementation and coordination and with IT for all web related tasks (front and back-end).

Reporting into the Managing Director. Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, event planning and management, creating reports and presenting them externally. Special achievements include: - Coordinating a business trip of a delegation of Romanian doctors and nurses to Paris (professional exchange sponsored by the Romanian and French Ministries of Health).
