Built and led a small multi-skilled team of data scientists and engineers to drive process automation and business insights to a higher level. Responsible for a variety of tasks including team leadership, project management, recruitment of new team members, identifying new opportunities for growth, and working with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drove business success. Successfully shipped a number of impactful Machine Learning solutions and automation processes.

Led the design and development of data products.Collaborated closely with various departments to automate processes, conduct in-depth analyses to address diverse business needs, and create new user personalization features and information extraction tools. Key projects: * Recommender Systems (ALS, RNN, content-based) to enhance user experience. Text and image classifiers for different business areas.

Part of the research and development team: Cyber Security and Privacy Protection Lab (CSLP). Development of Privacy Enhancing Technologies to diminish the impact of data mining and artificial intelligence techniques on user privacy.

PhD on Computer Science entitled Privacy Protection Methods for Documents and Risk Evaluation for Microdata. I have conducted a research in the areas such as machine learning, text mining and information fusion and its applications in the field of privacy preserving data mining and statistical disclosure control. Funding: JAE-Predoc Fellowship awarded by CSIC (Spanish Council for Scientific Research) and enjoyed at the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute Institute (IIIA-CSIC).
