• Implement Pentaho as the BI strategic solution • Create Pentaho installation RPM as a ‘blackbox’ package • Work for customers on their BI need for DW, Master Data Management, ETL, cubes, analysis, reports and dashboards • System Analysis - in-house and the 3rd party vendors - top-down and bottom-up • System Integration - the 3rd party vendors (Oracle) into our in-house ones and vice versa • Documentation: IT products health checks, Road maps, HLD, LLD, FS, ICD, Concept Request, Concept Response

• Support both in-house and third party applications (front office and back office) • Incident Management / Problem Management / Change Management - ITIL • Software Delivery • Tests: Unit, Integration and OAT • Estimate requirements, technical specification and tests • Conversion of Legacy Systems into Java • Maintenance and Enhancement of Systems in Java, Progress, Unix and Windows Scripts (Commerce@Work) • Design, create and implement BI reporting • VNC, VMWare

• Liaison with other departments • Support (front office) and consultancy of in-house systems • Estimate requirements, technical specification and tests • Create XML documents using Progress 4GL • Support and Maintenance
