In my employment for a consulting company specialized on AWS the following activities belonged to my area of responsibility: - Consulting of customer with regards to cloud architectures, DevOps and best practices - Implementation of the cloud through infrastructure automation - Training of customers (AWS Authorized Instructor)

In my position as IT Business Analyst CRM, I was responsible for various IT applications in the CRM area. My responsibilities include the following activities: - Management of national and international projects for the further development of CRM applications - Requirement analysis and conception of projects including final tests - Training and support for CRM applications - Documentation and creation of UML models for CRM systems

In addition to my bachelor's studies, I have led several tutorials in mathematics, statistics and the foundations of business informatics. In these tutorials I worked together with the students to deepen the content of the course.

During this internship in corporate development, I created various data analyses and participated in the preparation and execution of a cross-departmental workshop. In addition, I created a regression test for the SAP application of the release and approval process for travel expense accounting.
