- Technical and commercial Project management - Making sure that all project aims are met: Quality, Budget, Time schedule - Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully - complete the project - Determine the resources (Time, money, staff, equipment…) required to complete the project - Controlling and reporting: Preparation of financial- and progress reports - Commercial and technical negotiations with customers and suppliers

- support of Department Manager with regard to the development of new standards and SOP’s technical support of the project managers - interface function within the Departments Mechanical Engineering, SCM & Facility Management, Production and Automation - Responsibility of the material flow - adherence to the project budget targets - responsibility for the compliance of the standards and legal provisions with regard to the projects
