Taking ownership of demand plan in high quality on regional SBU level within the S&OP process. Liase closely together with other functions & stakeholders such as Sales, KAM, BDM and PLM to understand forecast drivers and include the recent market knowledge into the enriched forecast on time. Leading the regional demand review meeting(s) for the SBU including a signed-off demand plan for next three to eighteen months.

Implementig the demand planning process for Henkel Electronic in Europe incl. settings in SAP APO DP. Close cooperation with Sales Teams and other functions in the planning of activities that influence the forecast preparation and follow-up as well as moderation of the monthly demand review. Collaborate on cross functional projects to improve supply chain tools and processes. Responsible for the demand performance incl. forecast accuracy and creation of the monthly KPI reports.

Responsible for the strategic customer segmentation and definition of a the respective service offering covering Supply Chain, Sales and other parameters for Henkel Electronic Materials Europe. Building an interface between Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics and Customer Service Organization.

Handling of internal and external orders and target dates concerning electrical material, pipeline materials controls and instruments. Coordinating inspections and expediting visits to the supplier. Evaluating and checking status reports and compiling and implementing the resulting measures to improve the scheduled delivery date. Coordinating manufacturing and logistics to ensure delivery on schedule. Maintaining the internal SAP-R3-system of Linde. Cooperating in optimising the delivery process.

Monitoring and ensuring economic production for repetition and replacement parts also customer requests and ensuring on schedule delivery of finished parts in terms of quality and quantity. Controlling packaging to suit the range of products. Supervising external manufactures and ensuring a retraceable process chain from and to external suppliers. Processing of contract manufacturing and raw material orders. Cooperating in optimising the production planning system.
