• Communicate with external partners, from music streaming platforms (Deezer, Yandex Music, VK music, Zvooq, Beeline Music) to mobile communications services (MTS, MegaFon, Beeline, Tele2) and karaoke systems, to promote and distribute label’s content • Manage artists’ profiles on music platforms • Monitor music license agreements and take down the content from platforms accordingly • Interact with PRO’s and analyze the financial reports related to artists’ royalties

• Worked in Apple’s internal CMS with large databases of various types of media (albums, cover arts, music videos, lyrics) in multiple languages • Moderated the content while ensuring it follows Apple’s guidelines • Provided metadata support for music partners using internal ticketing systems • Provided genre-specific expertise for Classical music content • Assisted in training new members of the team

• Led the Russian team and localized content for Russia using company’s internal CMS • Reviewed, edited and approved hundreds of music-related writings daily from external writers • Provided quality assurance and expertise in the music field • Improved Russian editorial guidelines • Worked in the international cross-cultural environment and closely collaborated with a project manager and a programmer to solve various technical and content issues
