• Analysis of all OCC business processes and software users • Cooperating with software supplier to explain current business model and to find the best way to improve it • Support of new OCC software implementation process • Filling new data base and calibrating the system • Studying new program in detail • Training users and support them

• Assignment aircraft for flights according rules, restrictions, transportation standards, sales and customer's wishes a month ahead • Control of flights occupancy • Analysis of costs and re-assigning flights to minimize them • Maintenance stops planning (planning of place, station and duration of checks) • Control and operational finding solutions in IRROP and disruption situations; solving operational problems • Respond to requests from Schedule, Sales and Maintenance departments and others

Assistance to the OCC Head in IOSA Audit: - Preparing evidences of correction of findings from previous audit - Verification of compliance company documents with new IOSA novelties of audit program - Creating a list of links to all necessary documents according to the audit program (for faster interview process) - Support to the auditor during days of audit

I was responsible for: • Planning and controlling of production • Creation of work orders, planning them and controling their performance • Operational redistribution of works and people resources in IRROP and disruption situations (it is the biggest part of day-to-day work) • Weekly and monthly reports • Controlling work of operational PPCD engineer • Responding to requests from Schedule department, OCC and others.

I planned schedule through creating of flights in schedule system in close cooperation with Sales department (found opportunities for additional flights\charters to increase company's profit, redistributed flights between different subtypes to get more benefits\to reduce costs, received slots of Russian and CIS airports).
