•Plan the coater runs and orders scheduling mainly according to sale, stock of laminates, adhesive frequency, raw materials. •Update the production capacity according to the local information. •Control the laminate stock level, its rotation. Look for optimisation of stock levels and its reduction. •Analyze missed orders, service failure follow up and working on corrective actions. •Interface with the slitting operations, UPM mills, Supply chain management and others depend on the issue.
