- Department management (planning, budget, staff management, tasks management) - Process engineering preparation (routings, work instructions, tools designing, work preparation) - Support for manufacturing investment projects - New processes and technology implementation and transfer among different production plants - Assumptions preparation for IT software implementation and development (CAD,CAM, FMS)

- Steam turbines shafts, rotors and blades designing, strength and vibration calculation - Investment projects management and purchase contracts preparation - New processes and technology implementation and transfer among different production plants
